I am absolutely loving training at the moment. The weather is certainly good in parts, shame about this morning. We had a guest paddler this morning and we took him on the tourist paddle down towards the Opera House and back with a moderate South Wester keeping things interesting but cool. We are actually minding an OC4 for a Sydney paddler at the moment so we used that, which was quite fun when we finally lined up with the wind chop.
Are you coming up for the 20 Beaches race? If you need accomodation overnight, let me know, we can take a couple of people.
Hope the South-Wester did not bring the ice back this morning. I have the greatest admiration for what you guys go through down in Canberra to have your moments in the paddling sun. Absolutley awesome.
I will try and be a good girl and set up a blog on the Vaka Eiva experience. It will certainly be a great way to start the year.
Finally, someone I've met has arrived on the forum.Welcome, and catch you in the ocean soon. Did you have a race plan yet, will you do Hoe Horo or will you wait for OC 6 season.
