Why do you love to paddle?

love the water, and it seems to be a more gentle sport as I age. Competition is in my blood and you really get some in this sport. Everyone thinks they are the bomb and the best paddler ever! It humbles me everytime I go out in the canoe. We are only as strong as our weakest link!

What Club do you paddle with?

Started with Kaiola on Kauai, now sorta with Kukuiula south, Kauai

About Me:

Born and raised in Hawaii, you cannot help but love the water. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the water. My amakua is the shark, and I am constantly drawn to the ocean with facination. I love to be busy in one way or another, but sports in general is my favorite things to do.

Season here will be finishing in May, and I am already planning to escape to Hawaii in August lol We have our first changes race this weekend, I hope it stays fine.... anyway have a good training and we'll catch up soon, unless I have more queries hahhahaha

A question about Fitness instructor, are you also a personal trainer, if so, do you specialise in any specific population? like sports specific
