I started paddling in 1989 for Mooloolaba and completely fell in love with the Culture and the Lifestyle. Bought my first Oc1 in 1992 a Gordon Jeffries design, all 27 ft of her and still have it, but she's been long retired now. Probably my Favorite race experience so far would be paddling and winning Hammo in1995 with Walter Guild and Todd Bradley and the Mooloolaba Masters. I learnt so much from that one race and paddling with these guys.
I currently paddle a Hurricane and a Pegasus OC1 and love videoing everything and posting my experiences on my Blog http://rambos-locker.blogspot.com

i tried a stern vecro attachment of a camera low at deck level for a diff. footage perspective. I worked well for 20 sec until a wave tipped the camera back and up for a nice 10 min sky shot. Any thoughts or methods you have come up with for a small camera attachment at the stern... Low down
Its Maya from Melbourne, I do carving and other art stuff but more
polynesian style. If your club is interest in buying some of my carving? Then I
will bring some stuff in when I come over for your event this month coming?

Thanks for adding me on as a friend. Hope you're having a great distance season! Are your women doing Molokai this year? They're definitely a tough bunch to beat!
