As friends and family (both paddlers and non-paddlers) view my page regularly, I thought it would be a nice thing to add diary items at regular intervals. I'll see how it goes, and add whenever I feel the need.

Early morning session on my OC1 in Port Hacking. Flat and calm with not much traffic. Saw a small fin on the surface about 20ft away so went to investigate. Paddled around the back of the shark and quietly in behind it… Continue

The holidays are good so far, I have gotten allot of paddling in on a new Pegasus canoe! I hope you got your SUP, I have 2...1 for surfing and 1 for open ocean paddling.
Our 6 man season ended after Molokai Hoe in October. So we have had no training other than just going out and having fun. The 1 man season start in Jan. and runs through May. 6 man starts in March and runs through Oct.

I was planning to do as many hoe horos as I could but they are all too far away and Ive not been able to get up there. I am hoping to get up on the Nov 9th and the Cronula race. Planning to get the crew up for the first oC6 regatta. Have to see how we go.
