- Why do you love to paddle?
- It is just the feel of the paddle and control that i have in my v1 canoe and facing what ever the lakes or Oceans have to offer. It is such a rush!

- Right now I still feel I am part of Alo O Samoa!
- About Me:
- I was born in Hendricks, MN. Lived in Southwest Minnesota 'til 1982.
Started Paddling in American Samoa when my husband and I lived there. Have been paddling for six years.
I live now in Anchorage, Alaska. And as of April 6th had been out of a canoe for about a year but have been hitting the gym. Went and competed at the Wai Tui International Outrigger canoe competition from April 17-19 2008. i did not do as well as I had wanted to. So hopefully now that I am home again I can some how get in a canoe and back on the water soon before the World Sprints.

Hi back. Thanks for the photos of the Fun Day Races looks like it really was a lot of fun. It is really not too cold here. It is mild it has been up to 60 degrees. Which actually makes it quit warm in out apartment about 76 degrees. Well I'm off to work take care!
How is the cold Alaska? Nice pics from Fiji, I wished I could have gone with you guys. I am getting ready for my trip to Argentina, haven't been there since year 2000. I added some pics of our fun races of 3rd of may. buy for now, take care.

Hopefully you will get back on the boat soon... I am leaving to Argentina in June and already made contact with a club that has invited me to paddle with them... very exciting!!
