Guam Race

I am look for some information for racing in Guam. Is there a calendar of events? Is there a race which would be good for a team of international paddlers to come along and have a race?

Just left Guam after 2 years with Animun Tasi canoe club.Paddling there is amazing incredible waters wonderful people!!!!!!!!!!

I know guam is gearing up for Vaka Eva. I just moved to Carlsbad ca and am looking for a club here. good luck (only huli chicken he he) peace Billymaui

You can check http://www.gkcfonline.com/ or http://www.hagganocc.com/ for race info...but those sites havent been updated for the summer season yet.
Our biggest international races are probably the Heineken Cup and Micro Cup which usually take place in October.

Yes! We are starting our distance races within the next month and will go through the end of September. There will be another race in Saipan on Oct. 24-25 (Micronesia Cup). I am currently traveling myself, and dont have the sched. of events on hand, but can gladly get those to you soon.
